Augusta Car Service Terms & Conditions

Refundable Deposits and Payments: All deposits and payments are refundable, including for broken engagements, cancellations, or changes affecting other clients’ trips. The cost for cancellations within 24 hrs of trip time is $250.00.
Minimum Rental Hours: All reservations have a 4-hour minimum. For weddings, a 6-hour minimum rental applies. Reservations of 5 or more passenger units require a 6-hour minimum on weekends.
Additional Charges: Additional stops beyond two are charged at $50 each. Vehicle idle time after 10 minutes is charged at $85 per hour. Pickups and drop-offs between 12 AM and 7 AM incur a $175 shift differential.
Overtime Charges: Overtime is billed in hourly increments at premium rates after the first 10 minutes of prearranged time.
Full Payment Due at Booking: The full amount is due at the time of booking. Failure to pay the full balance before service may result in cancellation.

Refunds: Deposits and payments are refundable under any circumstances, excluding unused time, broken engagements, or cancellations. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup $250.00 shall be charged.

Chauffeur Gratuity: A minimum 20% gratuity is required for chauffeurs. This is their primary source of income.
Additional Gratuity: If overtime or miscellaneous charges are incurred, an additional 20% gratuity will be added.
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for any fines or charges resulting from illegal activities during the rental, including drug use or underage drinking.

Vehicle Upgrades: The company reserves the right to upgrade vehicles at no additional charge or use subcontractors as needed.
Damage Liability: The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the rental period.
Prohibited Activities: Drug use is prohibited by law, and underage drinking is illegal. The company has a zero-tolerance policy.
Smoking and Sunroof Use: Smoking is not permitted in vehicles. Standing through the sunroof is illegal.
Lost Items: The company is not responsible for articles left in vehicles.
Mechanical Breakdowns: The company is not liable for mechanical breakdowns during the charter but will work to make up lost time at a mutually agreed-upon date.
Weather and Traffic Delays: The company is not responsible for delays due to unforeseen weather, traffic, or road conditions.
Unaccompanied Minors: If no adult accompanies minors, all destinations must be provided to the driver by the responsible party. Parental permission forms for all minors must be on file prior to the beginning of the trip.
